The Passive Follower is not what you think they are. This is a misnomer in terms. In short, it’s a Follower who has ‘mastered‘ their foundation, in exacting detail with near-perfect execution. In this state they follow exactly what was led, and do not embellish, or adorn in any way, shape, or form. This is, by Tango Topics standards, what every beginner Follower should aspire towards but not where they should end up! Ideally we aspire towards the next step up which is towards the role of the Active Follower, and then finally the Tango Topics construct of the Role of the Delicious Follower!
