Gustavo Naveira is an Argentine dancer and teacher who, with Fabián Salas and others, studied and canonized the many ways we can ocho, turn, and sacada in tango. The story goes that he ‘rediscovered’ the Molinete/Giro structure, which had replaced the Milonguero Turn that had been the predominant turn for almost 70 years.
