These are the terms and conditions:
1.) Pay the bill, you get access to the site. Don’t pay the bill, you don’t get access to the site. Clear ?
2.) If you’ve paid the bill, and you want your money back, when you signed up, you had to have clicked the checkbox that says that you read this document which says clearly > THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!
Now that that’s out of the way.
3.) If you selected either of the 2 month to month options, your term of service lasts the until the end of the month that you’re in. After that, it stops until your balance is paid again. If you cancel your subscription before your term is up, you still have access to the site but will not be charged on the next billing cycle (see point 1 above).
4.) If you selected either of the 2 yearly options, you have a 1 year term of service. If you cancel your subscription before your term is up, you still have access to the site but will not be charged on the next billing cycle (see point 1 above).
5.) If for some odd reason, which does crop up from time to time, you are charged for something that you didn’t authorize, you must make me aware within 10m after the charge has gone thru. I will do my level best to investigate what happened. I understand mistakes happen, people misclick. Got it. However, the site is set up to prevent exactly that scenario. Which is to say sometimes people try to scam that grace period. Which is why the window is so short. If you honestly made a mistake msg me and we’ll go down the road to investigate what happened. Again, remember THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
5.) Let’s be clear about something, when money is involved and someone wants their money back for X, Y, and Z reason it’s absolutely amazing the shear volume of deaths, medical emergencies, and near fatal accidents that magically crop up. Which is to say if you come at me with a “my (mother, father, brother, sister, wife, husband, dog, fish, cat, zebra, government, etc) has/was (died, passed away, in an accident, a brain tumor, a leg/foot/arm/appendage chopped off) etc…” then that’s not going to fly. There is only one valid reason that I will accept > I misclicked within the last 5 minutes. Outside of that, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
